Welcome to Michael Smyth School of Motoring. I am an RSA approved Driving Instructor having completed all the exams with the Driving Standards Agency. I am also a member of the Driving Instructor Association and the Motor Schools Association. I have also worked as a Pass Plus Instructor which involved giving driving tuition on motorways including tuition on hazard perception, defensive and eco-safe driving skills.
I offer a full range of driving lessons from single weekly lessons, pre test courses, intensive driving courses, mock tests and the new EDT driving course. All new pupils get a free driving skills workbook which works alongside a structured lesson plan. All lessons are on a one-to-one basis with a full pick up and drop off service from home, work or school. The lesson vehicle used is a dual controlled Vauxhall Corsa which is fully insured for both tuition and test.
